These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) outline an agreement between Chat Insights (“Chat Insights,” the “App,” “Services,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and you (the “User”). Your access to and use of the Services is based on your acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you should cease using the App immediately.
By accessing, using, or subscribing for Chat Insights, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and that all data provided by you is accurate.
The App allows you to get detailed data about a particular number’s last seen status and chat usage in WhatsApp, as well as their status updates. The Services are provided on a pre-paid basis and can be purchased via Google Play Store.
The App provides a Weekly Subscription and a 3-day free trial period when you start your first Subscription on Chat Insights.
You may use the purchased Subscription only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not allow any individual or legal entity to access your Subscription.
You can download and install the App on an unlimited number of devices.
Subscriptions automatically renew after the current Subscription term expires. The duration of the auto-renewable Subscription will be the same as that of the original one.
We reserve the right to change the Subscription’s price and other terms at any time without prior notice. Any change will become effective upon being posted on the App.

Anyone who accesses Chat Insights agrees to use its Services for legal use only. The App is intended for parents to monitor children who are their legal dependents and are under 18 years old. You cannot use the App in an unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent manner or any manner inconsistent with the Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. The App is not intended for use by children.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for the activity under your user account. You shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and any and all damages caused by such unauthorized use. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your user account or breach of its security.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Please take the time to read our full `Privacy Policy` to learn in detail about our privacy practices and the collection and use of your data. Please note that we may be exposed to your chats, however, we do not store or use this information in any way.
Chat Insights does not collect or use any data from a user's WhatsApp account for anything other than ensuring the software works as intended. If you decide to use Chat Insights, you are consenting to granting the necessary permissions to access your WhatsApp account required for the software to operate correctly. You are aware that the software may be able to access all the data associated with your WhatsApp account, but the app does not store or use any of the information for any other purpose.
Chat Insights provides the Services on an "as available" and "as is" form. The App makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, related to your personal expectations as to the accuracy, efficiency, or outcomes of the use of the App. Chat Insights does not guarantee that the Services will be at all times uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Be advised that you agree to indemnify and hold Chat Insights, its officers and employees, directors, partners, agents, and representatives harmless from and any and all damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, expenses and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
Chat Insights has all rights to change or revise these Terms at any time without prior announcement. Any changes take effect immediately after being posted. Please check our website regularly for any Terms of Service updates.
