Once you are subscribed to Chat Insights, your subscription will be renewed automatically. You will be charged the full cost of your subscription at the beginning of every billing period. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription before the current billing period ends.

We offer a full money-back guarantee within 48 hours of your initial payment unless you have a free trial. You can submit a refund request at [email protected].

Please be advised that you can only get a refund if your initial payment was made no longer than 48 hours before submitting the refund request. If you cancel the subscription after its auto-renewal, you are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations.

Free Trial

If you have a free trial, you can easily cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.

Here’s how to cancel your free trial subscription on Google play:

  1. Go to Google Play.
  2. In the menu, choose “Subscriptions.”
  3. Find the subscription you want to be canceled.
  4. At the bottom, tap “Cancel subscription.”

If you are using the free trial period, a refund cannot be requested and will likely be declined.
